Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and convert those leads into customers. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
– Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
– Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
2. Content Creation and Management:
– Write, edit, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
– Design visual content in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
– Implement campaigns to drive traffic to lead generation pages and optimize funnels for conversions.
– Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track and manage leads, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing processes.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
– Adjust strategies based on performance data to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
5. Client Presentation and Communication:
– Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results and strategic recommendations.
– Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing or a related field.
– Language Skills:Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
– Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM lead marketing apps (e.g., HubSpot, keap, buffer, monday etc), email marketing tools, and social media management platforms (e.g., Facebook Meta Business Suite).
– Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and apply marketing principles, with numerous past experiences successfully executing social media campaigns.
